In the fast-paced world of server security, getting answers quickly can make a real difference. That’s why we’ve launched the BitNinja Chatbot, a new tool built directly into our console interface to help you get instant support for your technical and product-related questions.

While our team is known for responding quickly, we know that sometimes users prefer a self-service option for simple questions. The chatbot is designed to help with that, providing instant answers without the need to open a support ticket.

What Does the BitNinja Chatbot Do?

The chatbot helps with:

• Common product questions (e.g., "What is the WAF?", "How do I whitelist an IP?")
• Basic console navigation (where to find features/settings)
• Licensing, billing topics
• Definitions and documentation links
• General server security concepts BitNinja covers

It’s designed to give quick answers, not to replace personal support or make changes to your system.

Where Can You Find It?

You can access the AskNinja chatbot in the search bar at the top of the BitNinja Console when you need instant answers for server security.

It works like this:

• Start typing your question in the top search field
• Instead of clicking “Search” for IP/domain lookups, just hit Enter or click the AskNinja button to ask the chatbot
• You'll get answers instantly! Providing BitNinja server security details.

Don’t worry! IP and domain search still works exactly the same with the red Search button. The chatbot is a new option right next to it, not a replacement.

Why It’s Helpful (and What It Doesn’t Do)

The chatbot is ideal for simple, repetitive questions related to server security. It’s not meant to replace real support. It doesn’t access your server, doesn’t make changes, and won’t handle complex issues.

Instead, it helps you help yourself (faster).
