I'm happy to announce that it's release day, and our newest version of BitNinja is now available.
Most systems will automatically update, if you have specific settings or applications preventing automatic updates, you can follow our documentation on how to proceed to have the latest version installed.
Here is the rundown on what has changed:
We fixed a bug where some SA-Snippets have caused false positives during cache cleaning.
- In certain edge cases, this has caused false positive file cleaning.
We fixed a bug where sometimes SSL Termination ignored ServerAliases in Apache configurations.
- In edge cases, this has prevented the collection of some certificates.
The size of the filesystem cache in the MalwareDetection module can be limited now. See our documentation page for more information.
- This allows you to customize this behavior to suit your configuration
Fixed some conflicts in the user and Default configurations.
- Noone likes conflicts and neither do we, so this will prevent unwanted changes in specific configuration combinations.
Overall this update has been primarily focused on improving stability to further enhance your experience with BitNinja and its capabilities to protect and clean your servers.
